Somit werden die unstrukturierten Daten in E-Mail-Texten in strukturierte, einfach zu lesende Informationen gewandelt und im besten Fall mit einer passenden Antwort versehen, die der Supporter nur noch bestätigen muss und versenden kann.
Das Szenario zeigt, wie einfach heute bestehende Prozesse mittels nahtlos integriertem Machine Learning optimiert werden können und hierfür keine großen Investitionen notwendig sind. An der richtigen Stelle mit der richtigen Dosierung eingesetzt, konnte hier mit überschaubarem Aufwand ein großer Effekt für Spairliners erzielt werden:
Spairliners needed a partner to connect the ERP and a newly introduced CRM together. Specifically, information from the ERP was to be provided without time delay to support employees in Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365. This was to ensure that the technical data from communications with customers is available in real time.
To provide a web service for the ERP and for integration of Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365, we used only cloud components.
The solution was initially generated by providing an Azure web service that is accessed from the ERP and that supplies data to the service bus. Web workers subscribed to this service bus all up this data and send it to Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365.
In addition, we created a monitoring solution that allows simple process monitoring even for future interfaces and solves problems such as downtimes in part automatically.
Spairliners is a joint venture of Lufthansa Technik and Air France Industries. The company offers airlines a comprehensive solution for component supply. The service range includes the supply and management of spare parts storage and the overhaul and repair of components, including the necessary logistics.
